East Billings Urban Renewal Final Public Input
– The Master Plan process will conclude the end of April.The final Master Planning Public Input Session will be at 5 - 7pm on April 30th in the Lobby/Box office of Rimrock Auto Arena at MetraPark. The focus will be on implementation strategies. The Master Plan is to guide revitalization in the East Downtown Urban Renewal District, and is being developed from community input gathered during the first three public meetings.
